Organized by the association "Club of cinema, documentation and information" in partnership with the Regional Council of Fez Meknes, this edition, to be held virtually, will be an opportunity to present 20 films selected among sixty short movies submitted for consideration by the organizing committee from different countries, said a statement by the organizers.

During this edition, which will be dedicated to the memory of Moroccan TV presenter the late Salaheddine Ghomari, the selected films will compete for the Grand Prix of the international competition, the Meknes Prize for Artistic Creation (Salaheddien Ghomari) and the documentary award.

The films will be assessed by a jury chaired by the writer and critic Fouad Souiba. It will be composed of Moroccan directors Moncef Nazihi, and Bouchaib Masoudi, Algerian filmmaker Jamal Mohamed, the visual artist Benyounes Amirouch and the journalist Yahya Saidi.
