The young leaders will be immersed in an intensive 6-month program with five workshops and two weeks of bootcamps on specific themes, including inclusive leadership, authentic leadership, visionary leadership and "Dream Big," the organizers said in a statement.

Participants in this program will benefit from a mix of engaging online workshops, real-world practices, interactive webinars and group discussions. They will also expand their knowledge in the field of civil rights and responsibilities.

Participants will be connected to a powerful network with the mission of promoting the concept of leadership in the Kingdom, developing the spirit of leadership among Moroccan youth through modules focusing on communication and project management and conflict management, according to the same source.
