The Serbian coach "justified his decision by purely personal reasons," MAT management said in a statement published on the club's website.
The management board of the team will be looking for a successor to the resigning coach as soon as possible.
Last September, Manojlović signed a contract with the MAT to serve as general supervisor of the team during the remaining games of the Botola Pro D1 for the 2019-2020 season, and then as the team's coach for the 2020-2021 period.
Zoran Manojlović started his career at CD Trofense, before coaching the Al Ahly Bahrain team with whom he won the Bahrain Football Cup. He then moved to Angola where he coached teams such as Premiero de Agosto, Sagrada and Kabuscorp SC.
