This colorful album sheds light on a year of national and international news marked mainly by the management of the pandemic of the novel coronavirus (Covid-19).

Through a selection of images taken by MAP photographers, the publication highlights the development that the Kingdom is experiencing under the leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI.

Based on the photos carefully selected and captioned, the album highlights the exceptional commitment and the various activities of HM the King, as well as the visits made and the projects launched by the Sovereign.

The 20th anniversary of the accession of HM King Mohammed VI to the Throne of His glorious ancestors, the working session chaired by the Sovereign dedicated to the management of the spread of the novel coronavirus pandemic and the production of protection masks so as to safeguard the health of citizens and curb the spread of Covid-19 are among the events illustrated in this 467-page book.

In the editorial of this beautiful book, Managing Director of the Moroccan News Agency (MAP), Khalil Hachimi Idrissi, commented the Covid-19 pandemic and the response provided by Morocco to mitigate the repercussions of this crisis, underlining in this regard that "each country has responded according to its means, its own genius or its national inspiration, namely its values, its culture or 'idea it has of its living together".

According to Hachimi Idrissi, from the start of the pandemic, the State "courageously took the necessary measures”, while HM the King, on the front line, has given effective instructions to public authorities which led to “judicious measures, real social mobilization, a transparent statistical apparatus, a vigilant information system and an effective aid and support system".
