The designer was associated with the launch of this latest collection, entitled "Morocco", by signing "a set of decorative cups enclosing a candle with the scent of orange blossoms," said Haviland.
"A sensory journey that takes us to the most beautiful valleys of Morocco", the company said, adding that this collection of decorative objects reveals "a heart that invites us to discover its most beautiful secret".
"With this project and its symbols, Hicham Lahlou shares with us his love of Moroccan culture, rich in its handicrafts and its art of hospitality," according to Haviland.
Through this collection, currently presented as part of Paris Design Week 2020 by Maison et Objets, Haviland "makes the city of Marrakech its showcase of inspiration, where porcelain is becoming a key player in the art of living throughout the world".
Hicham Lahlou, the flag bearer of Moroccan national design is one of the great leaders of African and Arab design internationally.
