HM the King recalled the success of the authorities which made it possible to protect Moroccans from the effects of the pandemic, the magazine pointes out in its August edition, noting that "despite the efforts made, the pandemic is still raging and the fight, still unfinished, is still taking place in a difficult and unprecedented context".

Faced with this situation, HM the King has affirmed that Moroccans "will be able to meet that challenge, thus revealing their civility and fulfilling the duties of active citizenship", the source said.

El Siete underlined that Morocco and the Chinese laboratory CNBG have inked two cooperation agreements on clinical trials of a Covid-19 vaccine.

These agreements will "consolidate and expand" cooperation between Rabat and Beijing, with "a new and promising dimension of cooperation", it said.

El Siete underscored in this regard the importance of the strategic partnership, concluded in May 2016 in Beijing by HM King Mohammed VI and Chinese President Xi Jinping, which marked a significant development in relations between the two countries.
