Postponement To Later Date of Unified Regional Examination for First Year of Baccalaureate (Ministry)

Rabat - The unified regional examination for the first year of the Baccalaureate, initially scheduled for September 4 and 5, 2020, has been postponed to a later date, the Ministry of national education, vocational training, higher education and scientific research announced on Saturday.

The ministry said in a press release that it was also decided to adopt remote teaching as an educational model at the start of the 2020-2021 school year which begins on September 7, all grades and levels combined, in all public and private establishments as well as in foreign mission schools.

In addition, in-person education will be provided for students whose parents opt for this model, knowing that a mechanism will be established to allow families to make such a choice.
