Therefore, the Ministry organizes, Monday in Rabat, a scientific meeting in partnership with several national institutions concerned by this theme to discuss the contribution of Moroccan expatriates to the different development projects in Morocco through their expertise and experience acquired in host countries and given their strong attachment to their motherland.
The meeting is also meant to coordinate and exchange on institutional mechanisms likely to support their development projects and encourage them to create and develop active networks in different areas, according to a statement by the Ministry Delegate.
The meeting brings together several national institutions and organizations concerned by the theme. It consists of two panels, the first will be devoted to the contribution of Moroccans living abroad to the major projects of national development and the second will focus on entrepreneurship and investment of Moroccan expatriates, said the same source.
Given the particularly difficult circumstances related to the health crisis caused by the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, a limited in-person event will be organized with the participation, by videoconference, of some national partners and networks of Moroccan skills abroad, concluded the statement.
