Organized at the initiative of the embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco to Colombia and Ecuador, this event is a unique celebration of the deep friendship between Morocco and Colombia.

This initiative is a tribute to the excellent relations between the two countries, based on long-standing friendship, understanding and fruitful cooperation in a number of fields.

It also testifies to the leading role played by HM the King in promoting South-South cooperation and bringing the Arab world and Africa closer to Colombia and Latin America.

 The Kingdom is the only Arab, Muslim and African country to benefit from this treatment, which is reserved particularly for countries in the region.

"This initiative is a true proof of friendship and a new eloquent testimony of the excellent relations that have united Morocco and Colombia for more than forty years, a strategic relationship that is growing stronger every day," Morocco's ambassador to Colombia and Ecuador, Farida Loudaya, said on this occasion.
