The agreement signed by the first president of the Court of Cassation, deputy president of the CSPJ, Mustapha Fares, and India's ambassador in Rabat, Shambhu Kumaran, will allow both parties to exchange and benefit from their experiences and expertise in the field of computer and digital technologies.

According to Fares, the ambition is to promote the role of the judiciary, particularly in the field of computer and programming technologies, as well as to share innovations and knowledge in the field of digital justice.

"These are important strategic areas in which we are seriously and responsibly engaged in order to meet future challenges effectively and efficiently," he said, praising the excellent long-standing and cooperation relations uniting the Kingdom of Morocco and the Republic of India.

Kumaran, for his part, indicated that this is a great opportunity to share knowledge and exchange experiences and expertise between Morocco and India in the field of justice and, in particular, in computer and digital technologies.

The ambassador, who also commended the deep centuries-old relations and friendly ties between the two countries, highlighted the fundamental role of computer, programming and digital technologies in the judicial field.
