Morocco's Official Reserve Assets Up 24%

Rabat - Morocco's official reserve assets amounted to 293.5 billion dirhams until July 10, 2020, up by 24% compared to the same period in 2019, Morocco's central bank (Bank Al-Maghrib) has said.

During the week of 9-15 July, Bank Al-Maghrib injected 106.5 billion dirhams.

As for the interbank rate, it has reached 1.5%, the source added in a release.

In the same period, the Dirham depreciated by 0.56% against the Euro and appreciated by 0.81% against the Dollar.
