Speaking at a new round of this dialogue, held in the presence of the President of the General Confederation of Morocco's Enterprises (CGEM), the Secretaries General of the most representative trade unions, the Minister of the Interior and the Minister of Employment and of professional integration, El Otmani said that following a frank and responsible discussion, it was necessary to hold a second round as soon as possible.
Quoted in a press release issued by the Department of the Head of Government, he underlined that the challenge of the current economic situation is to take the appropriate social and economic measures to preserve jobs, while highlighting the efforts made to support public investment in the amending finance bill, as well as the importance of continuing to implement the tripartite agreement concluded on April 25, 2019.
This round is the culmination of the bilateral consultative meetings that the head of government had held this week with all the partners, the statement added.
