This humanitarian operation, conducted by a Royal Air Maroc (RAM) flight, was supervised in coordination with the Egyptian authorities, by the embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco in Cairo, with a view to ensuring the safe return of Moroccan citizens who have been stranded in Egypt since last March.

It has particularly benefited citizens holding short-stay visas in vulnerable situations, including sick and elderly people as well as those who have undergone surgeries.
