"I am happy to discover the creation of a digital library in Rabat, in partnership with the British Council. It is a great ground-breaking initiative that shows once again the modernity of the Kingdom of Morocco and the success of its policy of openness,” he pointed out.
"This digital library is part of Morocco's ambitious policy in the area of quality education. I have no doubt that such a project will help feed and enlighten minds seeking new knowledge, and in particular those of Moroccan youth. It is also an extraordinary opportunity for the young Moroccans who have free access to exceptional resources," Jack Lang added.
Resulting from a strategic partnership between the Kingdom of Morocco and the United Kingdom in the field of higher education and scientific research, this digital library provides online and free of charge a large number of cultural and scientific teaching resources and distance learning programs, in English language, for the benefit of students, teachers and researchers.
