Regarding the use of modern technologies in the Arab world, the report considers that Morocco has adopted, alongside some states in the region, remarkable initiatives in this area, emphasizing the spread of the consumption model among populations who use technologies and products without manufacturing or adapting them to their own needs.
The Kingdom is part of the restricted club of countries which have ensured the right of access to information as a fundamental right, it said, noting that with regard to the social aspect, Morocco has succeeded in bringing down, considerably, the mortality rates of women, especially in rural areas.
