Covid-19: Last Cured Patients Leave Moulay Abdellah Hospital in Salé

Salé - Seven patients cured of the novel coronavirus bade farewell to the medical staff of the Prince Moulay Abdellah Hospital in Salé, which has become a reference centre acting on the front line in the fight against Covid-19.

These are the last people reported to have recovered from the disease at the level of the hospital within 24 hours, bringing the total number of cases of recoveries to 626, said the regional Health Directorate on its Facebook page.

The number of people tested positive for coronavirus in the Rabat-Salé-Kénitra region since the outbreak of the virus amounts to 702 cases, including 280 cases in Rabat, 225 in Salé and 140 Skhirat-Temara.

The region recorded 11 deaths (5 in Rabat, 4 in Salé, one case in Skhirat-Témara and one case in Kenitra).
