Covid-19: 139 New Recoveries in Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima

Tangier - The Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima Regional Directorate of Health announced, on Saturday, 139 new recoveries from the new coronavirus (Covid-19) during the last 18 hours in the region, and this in accordance with the treatment protocol adopted by the Ministry of Health.

According to the epidemiological report of the region, the total number of recoveries recorded in the region reached, until Saturday at 10 a.m., a total of 698, including 481 in Tangier (+119 recoveries), 133 in Larache (+20 ), 69 in Tétouan, 14 in Al Hoceima and a single case of recovery in Ouezzane.

The provinces of Tétouan, Ouezzane, Fahs-Anjra and Chefchaouen, as well as the prefecture of M'diq-Fnideq no longer have any active cases of coronavirus, while Tangier and Larache are still recording active cases of contamination with coronavirus.

In addition, 9 new cases of contamination with coronavirus were confirmed in the region, bringing the total number of contamination cases to 1,008, that is 13.67% of the number of contaminated cases at the national level.
