Covid-19: French Education Network Establishments in Morocco To Remain Closed until September

Rabat - The schools of the French education network in Morocco will remain closed until the start of the new school year in September, in accordance with the decision of the Ministry of National Education, Vocational Training, higher education and scientific research.

According to a statement released Wednesday by the French Embassy in Rabat, "educational continuity will be ensured until the school holidays".

Candidates for the French baccalaureate and the Diplôme national du brevet will be assessed on the basis of continuous exams, according to the model used for these exams in France.

"However, the anticipated French baccalaureate exams will be held according to the schedule planned for June," said the embassy, noting that these are individual oral tests which will be organized in strict compliance with the health guidelines set by the Moroccan authorities".
