The objective of this package is to continue supporting our long-standing banking partner and bank liquidity, support the real economy to guarantee a certain resilience by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and promote international trade to back up imports and exports from Morocco, which are now undergoing a crisis. 

The second response brought to Morocco consists of technical support for SMEs which are funded by the European Union. To this end, the EBRD launched online training webinars focusing on training in digital marketing and targeting women entrepreneurs. "Soon, we will launch webinars on the health sector," said Veilleux-Laborie.

These two actions are immediate responses, but our objective is also to prepare for the end of the crisis and support projects that are part of long-term public policies. This is why we support the Ministry of Agriculture in the implementation of the "Generation Green" plan with a loan of 150 Mln euros, she noted.
