Covid-19: No New Case in Souss-Massa Region, Total Remains at 50

Agadir - No new case of the novel coronavirus was reported in the region of Souss-Massa since Thursday at 6 p.m. and until Friday at 10 a.m., said the regional health office, adding that the total of covid-19 cases remains at 50.

According to the same source, 14 covid-19 patients have recovered in the region, while 6 people died from coronavirus-related complications.

Regarding the geographical spread of the virus, Agadir-Ida Outanane is the hardest hit with 22 cases, followed by Inezgane-Ait Melloul (21), Tata (4), Chtouka-Ait Baha (2) and Taroudant (1), while no case of the virus has been reported so far in Tiznit.

A total of 124 new cases of the novel coronavirus (Covid-19) were confirmed in Morocco until Friday at 10 a.m., bringing the total number of covid-19 cases in the kingdom to 3,692.
