"The members of the CVE welcomed the sustained pace of financial aid distribution which has allowed to serve more than 200,000 eligible Ramed user households per day, in full compliance with the required health standards," said a statement from the ministry of Economy, finance and administration reform.
This large-scale national operation is continuing in rural areas with a mechanism adapted to the spatial distribution of the households concerned, said the same source, noting that for non-Ramed user households operating in the informal sector and whose requests are being processed, the distribution of financial aid will begin shortly.
The CVE members also welcomed the rapid implementation of the measures decided during the last Committee, noted the same source, adding that it concerns, in particular, the adoption by the Government Council of a decree setting the new conditions of access to exceptional measures in favor of employers affiliated to the CNSS and their declared employees, who are suffering from the pandemic's repercussions.
The operationalization of the measures decided to support companies including those with public contracts in terms of payment, operating flexibility, and execution of public contracts taking into account "force majeure", is on the right track, stressed the press release.
On taxation, in order to explain the measures announced during the last Committee, a circular will be issued and operationalized on April 22, noted the ministry, adding that a website dedicated to the Directorate General of Taxes (DGI), will be made available for the employers concerned.
