A flexible organization is put in place to adapt production to the recovery of markets and to meet the needs of its customers in Morocco and abroad, the group said in a release.
Production will be resumed according to a specific schedule at the end of April, it added.
"Because the health and safety of its employees is a priority", Renault Maroc is committed to implementing the Group's health standards and precautionary measures issued by the Moroccan public authorities at all its production sites, the source pointed out.
As of March 19, the plants of Tangier and Somaca suspended production and maintained a partial activity while Renault Commerce Maroc and its commercial network have ensured the continuity of activity throughout the national territory through an innovative adaptation device, the source said.

In addition, the Group has also donated 200 laptops to families in precarious situation to enable their children to continue their education.
