According to a press release from the Department of the Head of Government, the Council will examine two draft laws, the first relating to the adoption of a decree-law on exceeding the ceiling for external funding and the second relating to the promulgation of specific provisions related to the management of activities by the contribution companies and to the procedures for holding their General Assemblies during the period of the State of health emergency.

The Council will also examine a draft decree relating to the application of the law promulgating exceptional measures in favor of employers affiliated to the National Social Security Fund (CNSS) and their declared employees who are suffering from the impact of the spread of the coronavirus (Covid-19), the statement said.
