Upper House Adopts Bill Enacting Exceptional Measures for CNSS-Affiliated Employers and Their Employees

Rabat - The House of Advisors (upper house) on Thursday adopted bill n° 25.20, enacting exceptional measures for employers affiliated to the National Social Security Fund (CNSS) and their declared employees, who have been affected by the impact of the Coronavirus pandemic.

This session, chaired by the House Speaker Hakim Benchamach, took place in the presence of the Minister of Employment and Professional Integration, the upper house said in a release.

The Office of the Upper House held a videoconference meeting on Wednesday chaired by Benchamach in response to the urgency of adopting the bill, which had been previously approved unanimously by the Committee of educational, cultural and social affairs.
