Following the state of health emergency announced by the country and the accompanying measures, decree-law No. 2.20.292 on the provisions relating to the state of health emergency and the procedures for its declaration was approved, the ministry recalls in a statement, noting that this decree-law is part of the urgent preventive measures taken by the public authorities, with a view to limiting the spread of the pandemic of the new coronavirus "Covid19 " in our country.
According to article 6 of this decree, all deadlines provided for in the legal and regulatory texts will be suspended during the period of the announced state of health emergency and until the official announcement of its end, specifies the ministry.
The above-mentioned deadlines will be resumed on the day following the lifting of the state of emergency, according to the same source, calling on all citizens not to go to the civil registry offices for the declaration of births and deaths until the end of the lifting of the state of emergency, in order to preserve their safety, as well as that of public service officials.
