National Security services had started the identification procedures of all the individuals who incited people to gather on Saturday evening and who deliberately disobeyed and did not comply with the preventive measures taken to prevent the epidemic of coronavirus, National Police said in a statement, stressing that the main individual involved, who went out first at the "Souani" area and started to encourage people to gather was arrested, as well as the second individual who incited people to disobedience at "Mesnana" district in Tangier, in circumstances that may endanger the safety and security of citizens.

The two suspects were placed on custody, while investigations are underway under the supervision of the competent public prosecutor's office to arrest all the people involved in these acts, the source added.
