"In accordance with the provisions made jointly by the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Industry and Trade, FISA wants to confirm to all breeders that all farms and production establishments as well as distribution channels will continue to function normally," wrote a press release from the Federation.

The concerned channels are: broiler breeders, turkey and consumer egg farms, wholesale poultry and consumer egg markets, retail outlets, manufacturing plants for compound feed, hatcheries, industrial slaughterhouses and veterinary practices.
