"Over the past few hours, it has been noted that two individuals, owners of bookstores and cybercafes in the prefectures of Inzegane Ait-Melloul and Mediouna, printed the exceptional movement certificate and sold it to citizens, causing the gathering of large crowds of people in front of these premises, in flagrant violation of the compulsory measures decided as part the declaration of + the State of health emergency +", the press release noted.

The competent authorities have intervened to reprimand the perpetrators of these acts, added the ministry, saying that the competent judicial authorities have been informed of these facts in order to open an investigation and determine legal responsibilities. 

The ministry insisted that the local authorities ensure that these authorizations are distributed free of charge to the citizens, recalling that these documents are also available on website "http://covid19.interieur.gov.ma", set up by the ministry.
