Inked by ONCF Director General, Mohamed Rabie Khlie, and Deputy Secretary General of the Moroccan Child Protection League, Thami Oulbacha, the agreement is meant to promote social and humanitarian actions for children in difficult situations who live in the League's reception centres, ONCF and the Moroccan Child Protection League said in a joint statement.
Under this agreement, the ONCF undertakes to make available to the Moroccan Child Protection League spaces for the installation of fundraising boxes at the various railway stations of the Kingdom.
This operation is part of the League's action plan for the period 2019-2021, which is aimed at developing financial resources as well as the sustainability of the operating budget of reception centers for children without families.
Before the signing of the agreement, Khlie and his accompanying delegation toured the different buildings and maisonettes of the Lalla Meriem Center and were informed about the services provided to the beneficiaries of the institution, under the supervision of a specialized staff in the area of child protection.
