King Abdullah II of Jordan Leaves Morocco after Friendship and Working Visit

Casablanca - HM King Abdullah II, Sovereign of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, left Morocco Thursday afternoon, after a friendship and working visit, at the invitation of HM King Mohammed VI.

The Hashemite Sovereign was greeted upon his departure from the Mohammed V international airport in Casablanca by HRH Prince Moulay Rachid.

After reviewing a detachment of the light security Brigade, HM King Abdullah II was greeted by Interior minister Abdelouafi Laftit and Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation minister Nasser Bourita.

He was also greeted by the Moroccan ambassador to Jordan, the governor of Nouaceur province and several other civil and military figures.

HM King Abdullah II had arrived Wednesday evening in Morocco for a visit illustrating the depth of the relations of fraternity, cooperation and solidarity between the two brotherly peoples, in accordance with the common willingness of the two Sovereigns.
