Rabat - HRH Prince Moulay Rachid received, on Wednesday at his residence in Rabat, Mankeur Ndiaye, envoy of Senegalese President, Macky Sall, who handed to His Royal Highness a message from Senegal's head of State to HM King Mohammed VI.
