On this occasion, HRH Princess Lalla Asmaa visited a class of Life and Earth Sciences, a rehabilitation workshop for deaf children, a reading aid workshop, where Her Royal Highness followed a presentation on the reading aid software for the deaf, as well as an artistic creativity workshop.
During the ceremony, marked by the recitation of verses from the Holy Qur'an, director of the Foundation, Adil Benzakour, said that the latter was among the first institutions that support deaf children and youth by providing teaching based on the curriculum of the primary and secondary schools of national education.
On this occasion, two agreements were signed.
The first is a framework partnership agreement between the Lalla Asmaa Foundation and the Mohammed V University of Rabat, while the second is between the Foundation and the Euro-Mediterranean University of Fez.
On this occasion, students of the Lalla Asmaa Foundation performed a play under the theme of the environment, produced by the Foundation and awarded in various festivals, as well as several songs in sign language.
Subsequently, HRH Princess Lalla Asmaa awarded prizes to talented students of the Foundation.
Upon her arrival at the headquarters of the Foundation, HRH Princess Lalla Asmaa reviewed a section of the Auxiliary Forces, which made the honors and was greeted notably by minister of National Education, vocational training, Higher Education and Scientific Research, Mohamed Hassad, minister of Family, Solidarity, Equality and Social Development, Bassima Hakkaoui, and chairman of the Rabat-Sale-Kenitra council, Abdessamad Sekkal.
