Upon his arrival at the Royal School for Higher Military Education, HRH Prince Moulay Rachid reviewed a detachment of the Royal Air Forces, before being greeted notably by the General de Corps d'Armée, the Commander of the Royal Gendarmerie, the Wali of the Rabat-Salé-Kenitra Region.
Thereafter, His Royal Highness handed diplomas to five officers of the Defense Higher Studies and five officers of the Staff Studies.
The ceremony was attended by senior officers of the General Staff of the Royal Armed Forces, civil authorities, military attaches in many embassies accredited in Morocco and the school professors.
During this academic year, 115 officers graduated from the Royal School for Higher Military Education, including 39 representing the following countries: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Spain, Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Congo Brazzaville, Cote d'Ivoire, Democratic Congo, China, Djibouti, Gabon, Guinea Conakry, Egypt, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Senegal, Togo, Tunisia and the Comoros.
