Upon her arrival at the General Staff of the FAR, HRH Princess Lalla Meryem was greeted by Minister Delegate to the Head of Government for the administration of National Defense, Abdellatif Loudiyi, General de corps d'armee Bouchaib Arroub, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors and General de corps d'armee Hosni Benslimane, commander of the Royal Gendarmerie, before reviewing a detachment of the FAR headquarters battalion, which made the honors. 

   Her Royal Highness was then greeted by the members of the Board of Directors. 

   In accordance with the laws governing the organization of the General Directorate of Social Services of the FAR, the Board of Directors examined the moral and financial reports for 2012-2014 and the 2015-2017 action program, before following a presentation on the social projects and the balance sheets for the same periods. 

   It should be noted that in implementation of the 2012-2014 plan, the General Directorate of Social Services has strengthened the outreach social action through the construction of social complexes in Taza and Benguerir, as well as a summer camp in El Jadida. 

   In this period, the General Directorate of Social Services signed important agreements with new economic and social partners in the areas of social welfare and home ownership. 

   Subsequently, the Board reviewed the new projects scheduled under the 2015-2017 plan, namely the construction and equipping of social complexes and socio-cultural institutions in Oujda, Errachidia, El Hajeb, Fez, Benguerir and Khenifra and the construction of two summer camps in Riffienne and Ifrane.
