Upon his arrival at the Tangiers Grand Stadium, His Royal Highness reviewed a detachment of the Royal Armed Forces who paid the honors and was greeted by youth and sports minister Lahcen Sekkouri and president of the Moroccan National Olympic Committee, Lieutenant-General Hosni Benslimane.
HRH was also greeted mainly by wali of the Tangiers-Tétouan-Al Hoceima region, governor of the Tangiers prefecture Mohamed Yacoubi and vice-president of the region's council Assia Bouzekri before heading for the VIP stand.
After saluting the Moroccan flag while the national anthem was playing, HRH Prince Moulay Rachid was greeted by members of the FRMF office, referees, players and staff of the two teams.
HRH gave the kick-off for the game and followed the final from the VIP stand.
At the end of the match, HRH Prince Moulay Rachid handed the 2014-2015 Throne Cup (women) to Fatiha El Assiri, captain of AS FAR, winner of this edition over the "Club municipal de Laâyoune" played on Tuesday at Saniet Rmel Stadium in Tétouan.
HRH Prince Moulay Rachid also handed the Throne Cup (men) to the captain of "Olympique de Khouribga" Brahim Bezghoudi.
