The dinner was marked by a speech of HM King Mohammed VI on this occasion, read out by HRH Prince Moulay Rachid.

 Several figures were invited to this dinner including entrepreneurs, artists and intellectuals involved in the friendship relation between Morocco and France.

 Inked on Nov. 6, 1955, the La Celle Saint Cloud agreements put an end to the exile of Late King Mohammed V and initiated the transition process of Morocco's independence.

 Upon his arrival at the site of the ceremony, HRH Prince Moulay Rachid reviewed a detachment of the republican guard who paid the honors and was greeted by French foreign minister Laurent Fabius, Moroccan foreign minister Salaheddine Mezouar, France's ambassador in Rabat Jean-François Girault and Morocco's ambassador in Paris Chakib Benmoussa.
