HRH Princess Lalla Meryem chairs religious ceremony on 16th anniversary of passing of late King Hassan II

Rabat - HRH Princess Lalla Meryem chaired, on Friday night at Rabat Assouna mosque, a religious ceremony to commemorate the 16th anniversary of the passing of late King Hassan II.

 During the religious ceremony, verses of the Quran were recited, followed by panegyrics of the Prophet.

 The event was attended by HM the King's advisor Zoulika Nasri, Minister of solidarity, women, family and social development Bassima Hakkaoui, Minister of handicraft and social economy Fatima Marouane, Minister delegate for foreign affairs Mbarka Bouaida, and Minister delegate for environment Hakima El Haiti, in addition to women MPs, women high-ranking civil servants and spouses of ambassadors of Arab and Islamic countries accredited to Rabat.

 Upon her arrival at the mosque, Her Royal Highness reviewed a detachment of auxiliary forces which made the honors.
