In this message, the Sovereign extends to HRH Prince Mohammed Bin Nayef Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud his heartfelt congratulations over the trust the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques placed in him and "which you fully deserve thanks to your qualities of great statesman, drawing on your rich political experience, competence and capacity to shoulder the different missions and responsibilities entrusted to you."

 HM the King also voiced his sincere wishes of success for the Prince in fulfilling his duties and supporting "our dear brother the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salmane Bin Abdulaziz."

 The sovereign seized this historic opportunity to express his pride over the close ties of friendship, affection and loyalty "uniting us and our two royal families", and the fruitful relations of cooperation and solidarity between our two countries and brotherly peoples.
