HRH Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan followed from the grandstand the race of HM King Mohammed VI Grand Prix, worth MAD 1 million and dedicated to English thoroughbred race horses aged 3 years-plus.
The Prestigious prize went to Garrogorille, owned by the Haras Royal Sablon and ridden by Bouchaib Fakkar after running 2400m in 2min 34sec and 72/100.
Galbeston, owned by the Haras Royal Sablon and ridden by Gerard Rivas came second, while Confidente, of the Trofé Empresarial (Spain), which was ridden by Vaqlav Janacek, completed the podium.
Upon arrival at the Casablanca-Anfa racetrack, HRH Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan was notably welcomed by Agriculture and Marine Fisheries minister Aziz Akhannouch and the Wali of the Grand Casablanca region Khalid Safir.
At the end of the giving ceremony, HRH Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan posed for a souvenir photo with the owners of the winning horses.
