In this letter, the Sovereign expressed to the new Ukrainian president his warmest congratulations and sincere wishes for success in his new mission in order to fulfill the aspirations of the Ukrainian people to security, prosperity, reconciliation and stability.
 
   HM the King also expressed to Mr. Poroshenko the will of the Kingdom of Morocco to further strengthen relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries in all fields.
