The Sovereign expresses great satisfaction at the relations of Islamic brotherhood, mutual esteem, fruitful cooperation and active solidarity existing between Morocco and Azerbaijan, and reaffirms strong resolve to endeavor together with President Aliyev to develop these bonds and expand the scope and perspectives of bilateral cooperation, to the best interests of the two peoples and of the entire Islamic nation.
