In this letter, the Sovereign expressed to HRH Prince Turki bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz his warm congratulations, imploring the Almighty to assist him in his new position.

   His Majesty also expressed his deep pride in the sincere brotherhood ties and mutual esteem between the  two royal families.
