In this letter, HM the King expressed to HRH Prince Khalid bin Bandar bin Abdul Aziz His heartfelt congratulations and sincere wishes for health, happiness and success in his new position, under the leadership of "Our brother, the Custodian of the Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, may God preserve him."

   His Majesty also expressed his deep pride in the sincere brotherhood ties and mutual esteem between the  two royal families.
