In this letter, the Sovereign said he learned with great emotion and deep sorrow the sad news of the collapse of the coal mine in the western province of Manisa, which caused several casualties.

   On this sad occasion, HM the King expressed to the Turkish President, the members of the bereaved families, and the Turkish people, his heartfelt condolences and sincere feelings of compassion, imploring the Almighty to preserve the Turkish people and surround the victims with His holy mercy.
