In this letter, the Sovereign said he learned with great sorrow and profound grief the sad news of the death of Habib Boularès, imploring the Almighty to reward the deceased for his commendable efforts to strengthen the ties of brotherhood in the Maghreb, and to welcome him in His vast paradise.
 
   HM the King also expressed to President Marzouki and the Tunisian people, his heartfelt condolences and sincere feelings of compassion, following the loss of a Tunisian statesman known for his dedication to his country, and for his determination to consolidate the foundations of the Maghreb Union.
