Rabat - HM King Mohammed VI sent a message of congratulations to Queen Elizabeth on the birth of her great grand-son.


     The Sovereign extends his warmest congratulations to the Queen, to the happy parents, HRH Prince William and HRH Duchess of Cambridge, as well as to the entire Royal family.
