The sovereign expresses great satisfaction at the solid ties of friendship and mutual respect "uniting us personally" and the excellent relations of cooperation existing between the two countries.

    HM the King also voices resolve to continue to endeavour for the consolidation of these ties both at the bilateral level and in the frame of the advanced status linking Morocco and the European Union.

    The royal message also extends best wishes of health and happiness to Grand Duke Henri and to all his family and of progress and happiness to the people of Luxembourg.
