The sovereign expresses great satisfaction for the quality of solid friendship ties, fruitful cooperation and mutual respect binding the two countries, stressing that the strategic partnership has lent more strength and ever-renewed dynamism to bilateral relations.

   HM the King further voices resolve to endeavour with President Putin to consolidate the bases of strategic partnership and expand cooperation prospects between the two countries in all fields.

     The Sovereign also expresses respect and pride for the   quality and continuity of political consultations between the two countries  , reiterating faith that   thanks to common will, these consultations will be increasingly reinforced at all levels, particularly regarding regional and international issues".
