The Sovereign said he had learned of the death of the late Ali Kafi with deep emotion and sadness.

     HM the King expressed to President Boutaflika and through him to the deceased's family and to all the Algerian people, his heartfelt condolences and his sincere compassion following the loss of one of the great men of Algeria.

    The Sovereign highlighted the qualities of the deceased, considered one of the brave leaders and devoted sons of Algeria, who have sacrificed for their country and for the defense of its freedom, its independence and its dignity.
