The first agreement is related to the FSP project funding to support French Language trainers in regional education and training centers. It was signed by French foreign minister Laurent Fabius and national education minister Mohamed El Ouafa.
The second is a joint statement on women's rights signed by French minister for women's rights and spokesperson for the government Najat Vallaud-Belkacem and solidarity minister Bassima Hakkaoui.
The third is a framework agreement to set up the Euro-Mediterranean international institute for technology (INSA International) in Morocco. It was inked by Geneviève Fioraso, French minister of higher education and research, INSA group coordinator in Morocco Jean-Louis Billoet and higher education minister Lahcen Daoudi.
The fourth, a partnership and cooperation agreement on agriculture, rural development and food industry, was signed by French agriculture minister Stéphane Le Foll and Moroccan counterpart Aziz Akhannouch.
The fifth agreement is cooperation protocol on upgrading sea products signed by Stéphane Le Foll, French minister delegate to the ecology, sustainable development and energy minister in charge of transports Frédéric Cuvilier and Aziz Akhannouch.
The sixth agreement, a protocol on continuing the funding of Morocco's Green Plan Pillar II (20 mln euros), was signed by director general of the French development agency Dov Zerah, Moroccan economy minister Nizar Baraka, Aziz Akhannouch and Tariq Sijilmassi, president of board of directors of Crédit agricole du Maroc.
The seventh in related to establishing the Casablanca central school and was signed by Geneviève Fioraso, industry minister Abdelkader Amara, Nizar Baraka and Lahcen Daoudi.
The eighth is an agreement protocol on financing the employment and competence development program (50 mln euros) and was signed by Dov Zerah, Nizar Baraka and employment minister Abdelouahed Souhail.
The ninth concerns a 30 mln euro-loan to the electricity and drinking water office (ONEE) to fund the drinking water networks upgrading program. It was signed by Dov Zerah, Nizar Baraka and Ali Fassi Fihri, head of ONEE.
The tenth agreement is a protocol with Attijariwafa Bank on supporting Moroccan and French businesses in gaining a foothold in Sub-Saharan Africa and was signed by Dov Zerah and Mohamed El Kettani, CEO Attijariwafa Bank.
The eleventh agreement concerns a150 mln euro-loan for Zenata development company (SAZ), a subsidiary of the Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion (CDG), to finance the development of Zenata eco-city. It was signed by Dov Zerah and Anass Houir Alami, Director General of the CDG.
The twelfth is an agreement between the National Foundation of Moroccan Museums and the Arab World Institute (IMA) to organize an exhibition on Moroccan contemporary Art in Paris in 2014. It was signed by Jack Lang, president of the IMA and Mehdi Qotbi, president of the National Foundation of Moroccan Museums.
The thirteenth, an agreement protocol between the Moroccan Financial Board (the company managing the Casablanca Finance City) and Paris Europlace, was signed by Gérard Mestrallet, CEO of GDF Suez Group and president of the Paris Europlace association and Said Ibrahimi, Director General of the Moroccan Financial Board.
The fourteenth agreement is a contract on supplying signs and telecommunication batch to the Tangier-Kenitra high-speed train. It was signed by Gilles Pascault, Vice President of Ansaldo STS France and Mohamed Rabii Khlie, Director General of the National Railways Office.
The fifteenth convention, a protocol on the creation of a Railway Training Institute, was signed by Guillaume Pepy, director general of SNCF and Mohamed Rabii Khlie.
The sixteenth agreement is a protocol on creating a SNCF/ONCF joint venture for the maintenance of the high-speed train, signed by Guillaume Pepy and Mohamed Rabii Khlie.
The seventeenth agreement is a contract for supplying the basic works batch for the high-speed train between Tangier and Kenitra. It was signed by Patrick Guénolé, CEO of Colas Rail and Mohamed Rabii Khlie.
The eighteenth agreement is a contract on supplying the substation batch of the high-speed line between Tangier and Kenitra. It was signed by Nicolas Heritier, Director of Rail de Cegelec Mobility and Mohamed Rabii Khlie.
The nineteenth and final agreement on the Taza wind farm was signed by Fabienne Bémol, executive director of EDF New Energies and Ali Fassi Fihri.
